Curry sausages, pretzels, leather panties, clashing mugs, roller coasters, old hits sung at the top of their voices and staggering characters: after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Oktoberfest has been back for a week with its traditional decorum on the occasion of its 187 edition which will end on October 3.
Like alcohol vapors dissipating in the night, the famous Munich institution prefers to forget this forced sanitary break which has damaged its finances and upset the Bavarians.
And start a new series, where the last episode left off, in the sound and fury of the beer tents.
