Kwai Chung was shocked by the "concrete rain". Today (27th) at about 8 am, the concrete on the 16th floor of Jin Yun Industrial Building, Lei Muk Road, suddenly peeled off. Three private cars and two vans were hit in the adjacent underground parking lot of Yiwan Industrial Center. The rear windows of the cars burst open, and the car was covered with broken glass and concrete.
The police arrived at the scene and found that the spalling area was about 5 meters by 2 meters, and some of the concrete fragments were 3 inches long, as big as a fist. The police contacted several owners of the car after the incident.
