The circumstances of the alleged rapes suffered by a woman last Saturday in Nantes are becoming clearer.
The 40-year-old victim was walking home to a friend after a night out.
Around 5:30 a.m., between the yellow Titan crane and the Esplanade des Machines, in the west of the island of Nantes, she asks two young men for a lighter to light her cigarette.
A few moments later, the two individuals,
"heavily alcoholic",
follow her to steal her mobile phone.
And attack her by tearing off part of her clothes before dropping her in a grove.
A first rape would then have taken place.
As she leaves, the young woman is caught by her attackers and suffers a second rape.
