In cooperation with the National Guard in the Moscow region, they arrested a 24-year-old person who was active in attempts to recruit people for the terrorist organization “ISIS” and promote its extremist ideas in the capital, Moscow and the city of Voronezh.
The statement indicated that the arrested person used his subversive activities in social networks and instant messaging, where he distributed propaganda materials about the terrorist activities in the Middle East, pointing out that he was handed over to the judicial authorities to complete the procedures against him.
