The police suspect that his partner is involved in the murder and detained her for questioning.

MDA reported that "at 5:59 p.m. MDA's 101 hotline in the Sharon region received a report of an unconscious man in an apartment on Karlibach Street in Netanya. MDA medics and paramedics reported a 56-year-old man with no signs of life and pronounced him dead."

MDA paramedic Orian Lukatz said: "When we entered the apartment, we saw the man unconscious.
We performed medical tests but he was without signs of life and we had no choice but to determine his death."
