The World Cup in Qatar, getting closer: the preparation matches of Argentina, Mexico, Spain and more

The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 is approaching by leaps and bounds.

From November 20 to December 18, the first World Cup in history will be played in the Middle East.

The players of the senior World Cup teams are preparing within their clubs, both in local tournaments and in European competitions.

This Tuesday, the selections will have the possibility of a new rehearsal for the World Cup, after last week's matches.

Mexico, Argentina and the rest of the South American teams will play friendly matches, while Spain will play again for the Nations League.

Last week, Argentina beat Honduras 3-0 in Miami, Brazil got the same result against Ghana while Mexico defeated Peru 1-0.

Meanwhile, Ecuador did not go beyond the goalless draw against Saudi Arabia while Uruguay fell surprisingly against Iran, 0-1.

Spain, meanwhile, also suffered a 1-2 defeat to Switzerland, in a match corresponding to the Nations League.
