The New Year began just a few days ago, and the data already shows that about 40% of Israelis like to take advantage of the Tishrei holidays to travel - and stay in the country.
According to a survey conducted by the "Geocartography" institute, Eilat is at the top next to Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee as the most preferred destination for Israelis.
And what about abroad? The leading country is Italy, with 9.8% of Israelis leaving the country during this period. Followed by: Greece, the USA and Georgia.
