Two soldiers were killed in a terrorist attack on a security checkpoint in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, northwest Pakistan.
And the Chinese Xinhua news agency quoted the media wing of the army as saying in a statement: Terrorist gunmen attacked a checkpoint of the security forces in South Waziristan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, which led to the outbreak of clashes that resulted in the killing of two soldiers and one of the terrorists.
The statement pointed out that the area is currently being combed to eliminate any presence of terrorists there.
