An indictment was filed against a 58-year-old resident of Shefala, who was employed as a contractor at a factory, and used to harass a woman who worked there as a security guard and touch her against her will.
The security guard filed a complaint against him with the police and recently, the central district attorney's office filed an indictment with the court for indecent acts and sexual harassment.
The indictment that was submitted attributed to him six cases of sexual harassment and indecent acts and from it it emerged that the accused used to touch her in private areas and make disturbing statements to her.

On one of the occasions, the accused and the complainant sat down on the premises of the factory.
At this point, the accused complimented the complainant on her beauty and physical fitness, and told her: "I would pay you 400 shekels to fuck you and let's do it here."

The lawyer Ored Shaliu also stated in the indictment that the accused also added and told her in another case "I'm dying for you to feel my cock" and other similar statements.
When the accused helped her with what he asked her if he could touch her body.
Despite this, the accused put his hand on the complainant's genitals above her pants, made caressing movements in the area and even touched her genitals, all without her consent.
In response, the complainant moved the accused's hand and asked him to stop his actions.
Besides the statements, it is stated in the indictment that he also touched her on various occasions on her breast and genitals.
On one occasion he explained his actions by saying that he simply could not control himself.
On one occasion when he was driving her home, he offered to stop the vehicle to have sex, while touching her penis above her pants.
The employee refused his sexual advances, and would move his hand away when he touched her.
