"Where is Van Gogh's house, please?"
With the camera slung over his shoulder, the man with hesitant French sticks his head in the reception desk of the Auvers-sur-Oise tourist office.
The scene has become normal again.
And yet, it has been a long time since we heard accents and various languages in the streets of the town which is one of the spearheads of Val-d'Oisian tourism.
This time no doubt, the visitors are back.
