Make it their home - the houses of the politicians
Detached cottage in Ramat Aviv III: the home of Prime Minister Yair Lapid
Although Prime Minister Lapid currently lives in Jerusalem in a house next to the renovated Prime Minister's Residence, he and his wife Lihya own a private house on a quiet street in the Ramat Aviv C neighborhood. What does it look like from the inside and where does the family like to celebrate the holidays?
Voila system!

Prime Minister Yair Lapid and his wife Lihya Lapid are currently living in the house next to the Prime Minister's residence in Jerusalem, while the official residence is undergoing renovations.
But they still own their private house in northern Tel Aviv.
The Lapid family lives in a terraced cottage on Meir Feinstein St. in Ramat Aviv III, with a small garden.
A search on the Madlan website shows that a similar house on the same street with 6 rooms in an area of 211 square meters was sold in 2019 for NIS 7.5 million.
It can be assumed that in light of the sharp price increases that have occurred since then in the housing market, the value of the Lapid family's house today is more than that.

In front of the house facing the quiet Dutch street, a bright fence and an Israeli flag flying proudly.
In the front part of the house is the kitchen, which is in a closed space and is not open to the living room and the rest of the public space, which means that Lapid can mess it up freely when he bakes or cooks together with his daughter, without all the mess being exposed to guests or anyone visiting the house.
The kitchen is equipped with light, cream-colored cabinets with a simple and clean look (finally a politician without a "country" kitchen) topped by a dark gray marble surface that corresponds with stone flooring with a matte finish.
Also in the kitchen, a small dining table surrounded by colorful wooden chairs.
You can mess up the kitchen with fun, and the guests won't see

It seems that the public floor is divided into levels, so the kitchen is located on a different level than the living room, and the flooring is also not the same.
In the living room area where there is a wooden floor, there is a wall with wooden bookshelves built into niches in the wall.
In general, libraries, and especially those overloaded with books that are crowded into the shelves, stand out as a popular design element in the homes of politicians, who also make sure to be photographed when they are in the background.
In the Lapid family home, there is another library - in the study - and it is even bigger and busier.
The Lapid family's living room is located at the back of the entrance floor to the cottage, with leather sofas.
The back wall of the house is made of showcase windows given in a Belgian profile in a bronze shade, through which you can go out into the yard.

The backyard of the Lapid family is not very large.
Most of its area is paved and in the frame that surrounds it are planted a few bushes and low trees in pots.
A round iron table with a stone and mosaic plate surrounded by wide rattan chairs with armrests, stands on the paved balcony.
However, during the holidays, which the Lapid family members seem to like to hold under the open sky, then a long rectangular table is opened in the yard and the festive plastic crown chairs are taken out of storage for the benefit of the many participating meals.
