A total of 454 settlements in the Kharkiv region are said to have been liberated by the Ukrainian military.

Update from Tuesday, September 27, 9:00 a.m.:
Ukrainian forces say they attacked three Russian "Tiger" tanks and burned down another vehicle in a forest in the Donetsk region.
"Soldiers of the special forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine ambushed the enemy in a forest massif in the Donetsk region," reads the caption of a Facebook video.
"During the operation, the battle group burned a Russian combat vehicle and completely destroyed the crews of three Tigers."
The bridge that connects Kupjansk with Kharkiv was severely damaged in the Ukraine war.
