Prepare your suitcases:
after about two and a half years of restrictions, requirements for vaccination and recovery certificates, corona tests and at certain stages also the bureaucracy of entry permits and special insurances, Thailand is removing all corona restrictions.
This means that as of October 1, i.e. next Saturday, tourists will be able to enter the country without special preparations related to the epidemic - and will be able to do so without presenting a certificate of being vaccinated, recovering or a negative result of a corona test.
As you know, Thailand is considered very popular among Israelis at this time of the year, especially during Sukkot.
It is expected that after the restrictions are lifted, many Israelis will come to the island nation to visit it.
Another country that will remove entry restrictions at the beginning of October is Canada.
At the same time, Japan, Hong and Taiwan announced that they would ease the conditions of entry into them.
The only country in the world that remains completely closed following Corona guidelines is China, while most countries of the world continue to ease.
