The socio-professional category of those surveyed is also a criterion since 36% of female business leaders prefer not to have children when the majority of women from working-class categories mostly express their desire to become mothers.
The survey also notes that more than half of the mothers of a child under three years old sometimes admit to regretting their choice of motherhood.
In addition, nearly one in two women say they are ready to resort to medically assisted procreation (PMA) as a single person.
