A start-up from the Frankfurt region is now supposed to help here.
Frankfurt - Delayed or canceled flights - and there have been a few of them lately - can be expensive for passengers and airlines.
But not only that: For the flight providers, they are often associated with a lot of effort, since in case of doubt hotels have to be booked for stranded passengers.
With layoverconnect.com, a start-up from the Rhine-Main area now wants to remedy the situation, reports fnp.de

The idea: airlines can use a website to enter their needs and query hotel availability at short notice, send inquiries and transfer passenger lists.
The start-up also takes care of sending cost absorption certificates.
