Suspected murder in Netanya, September 27, 2022 (documentation of MDA operations)
Yuval Nes Levy is the man who was found last night (Tuesday) lifeless in his apartment in Netanya, and his partner was arrested on suspicion of his murder.
A senior official involved in the investigation told Walla that "all options are on the table until the analysis at the institute gives us another indication."
Meanwhile, the detention of the 34-year-old partner, who was not present at the court hearing due to her mental state, was extended by a day.
Ness Levy, a 57-year-old psychotherapist, was found lifeless in his apartment after the police were called to his apartment on Karlibach Street in Netanya.
His body was sent for an autopsy at the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Abu Kabir to determine the circumstances of death.
Ness Levy's partner was arrested in the apartment, where he was staying at the time.
The investigative unit and the public defender representing her agreed not to hold the hearing on the extension of her detention in her presence, due to her mental state.
During the next 24 hours, her fitness to be tried will be examined in a preliminary manner.

Attorney Guy Ein Zvi, who represents the suspect in the murder on behalf of the public defender, said that "the woman is known to the mental health system and is in a serious mental state.
For this reason the discussion took place in her absence.
These are the first stages of the investigation, and the cause of death is not yet clear.
In view of this and in view of her medical condition, a one-day detention was agreed upon." A publication ban was imposed on the woman's details and name.
