A US Army doctor and his wife have been accused of conspiring to give Russia health records of members of the US government and military, according to court documents made public Thursday.

According to court documents, Armed Forces physician Maj. Jamie Lee Henry and his partner, anesthesiologist Anna Gabrielian, allegedly
