The company's management stated in a statement, a copy of which was received by SANA, that it has recently sought to attract and supply its cadres with important global expertise and competencies, to benefit from the experiences of competent people with a professional history full of achievements in various fields of aviation.

The company indicated that it has recently provided its cadres with a number of international expertise, including an engineer with higher degrees in quality management, with expertise in the field of aviation engineering and quality and safety audits, in addition to appointing a captain as director of the safety department of the company with extensive experience in the field of aviation, and worked with India's largest airline.

Cham Wings Airlines has previously appointed a UK graduate captain and trainer, and has extensive experience in the field of technical and practical training on aircraft of all kinds.

The company pointed out that strengthening its cadres with these expertise is an indication of its interest in the safety and security of its aircraft and passengers.
