Everything is perfectible so we started on a good basis.
I found myself better in the driver and less good in the first so I can only improve, which is good news for me.
Why did you find yourself less good?
At first, I wasn't super relaxed.
When Father Matthieu arrived, I started to relax.
I was a bit more laid back, more spontaneous to the pilot.
I've never been a rehearsal type.
All my life when I did rehearsals, I said:
"Bla bla bla, lalala, bim bim bim"
because I prefer to keep my spontaneity.

Nevertheless, how did you feel?
I felt very good on this show and with the team I work with.
Everyone said everything and anything about the places that Léa and I could or could not hold... Everything is going very well!
At all levels.
I announced that Léa was the boss and I number 2, it suits me very well like that.
Psychologically, I manage to hold on.
I'm on pills but I'm holding on (laughs).
I'm kidding eh but you can write it.
Are you referring to those who said that you weren't going to let Léa speak, that you were going to constantly put yourself forward?
We showed people that everything we announced, whether it was Léa or me, our complicity, our duo, our status on the show, was respected without any worries.
There is a moment in life when you finally know yourself better than others know you.
I knew very well that it was going to be like this.
Now if my main fault, which is likely when I work, is to be very active, well sometimes, I have to hold myself back a little or ease my foot a little.
But that's the game, that's how it is.

Have you found your niche?
I haven't completely found my place yet, that's obvious, but I'm very happy to go back to my first love, to meet people, to interview artists, politicians in my own way... Without doubt more than I ever would have because a priori, there will be a political guest every week.
Your daughter was present for this premiere. Why ?
Because she absolutely wanted to come and I didn't want to forbid her.

How did you find it?
I thought it was pretty well put together.

Tuesday evening, you were on RTL TVI in "Les Orages de la vie"...

It's a show that goes to meet people who have "storms", I would call that cannonballs.
By talking with them about these things, I manage to stay funny and serious.
It's a very tender show, very emotional and not at all pathos.
