Queen Elizabeth II died at Balmoral Castle in the presence of family - death certificate states cause of death
In the face of death, the entire Royal Family rushed to their Queen - even if Prince William and Prince Harry unfortunately did not make it to the Scottish country estate in time for their grandmother's death.
With iron discipline, the Queen had appointed the new Prime Minister Liz Truss just a few days earlier.

Queen Elizbaeth II dead: Princess Anne was sitting by her bed at the time of death
The Queen's death was attested by Registered Doctor Douglas James Allan Glass, a GP from Aboyne in the Highlands, about 20 miles from Balmoral.
The deed also states who the informant about Elizabeth's death was: Princess Anne, the Queen's daughter.
She was sitting by the bed when the royal majesty passed away.
Though not noted in the official document, King Charles also had the chance to say farewell to his mother - he was with his sister at the Queen's.
Dire prophecy about Queen's death came true
The ancient doctor and astrologer Nostradamus always made a prophecy at the turn of the year.
This was also the case in 1555. At that time he apparently predicted the exact year of the Queen's death: "The preamble says that Queen Elizabeth II will die around 2022 at the age of about 96 years.
Five years before the age her mother was at the time of her death,” explained author and Nostradamus expert Mario Reading in his book Nostradamus: Complete Prophecies for the Future.

Nevertheless, the Queen is said to have warned Harry's wife Meghan Markle:
"We don't talk to people like that in this family."
