Disposed of in the garbage: A walker found a small puppy in the Nymphenburg Palace Park on Tuesday.
The police in Pasing christened the sweet four-legged friend Jack - and found a temporary home.
Munich – At this sight one's heart rises.
Jack, the puppy pricks up his ears, lifts his paws and looks quite content.
No wonder: in the strong arms of police chief Cengiz Yildirim, Jack no longer has to be afraid.
Hardly in the world has the sweet puppy experienced bad things: Unknown people had disposed of him in a garbage can on Tuesday.
Cold, heartless and indifferent to what happens to the four-legged friend in these cold autumn days.
Munich: Walkers discovered a dog in the trash can
Lucky for the cute ball of fur: A walker passed the castle wall in Munich's Nymphenburg Palace Park at the right time.
The 44-year-old from Munich was just about to dispose of his chewing gum in the trash can when he looked into the puppy's beady eyes.
The man then informed the police inspection in Pasing.
The colleagues there were very impressed by the furry visitor.
They christened him Jack and actually wanted to take him to the animal shelter.
Then an even better solution was found for the puppy: a dog handler took Jack in first.
In his temporary home he can now recover from all the hustle and bustle of the past few days.
