Pistachio snail: BREAD AND IDEAS

The place itself deserves a stop: a stone's throw from the Saint-Martin canal, Christophe Vasseur's charming bakery, a former fashion executive converted twenty years ago, features panels and ceilings fixed under 19th century glass.

If we also mention its unmissable pain des amis and its collection of snails, rolls of croissant pastry topped with flavored pastry cream, it's hard not to succumb.
