A bakery was opened in Kawkab area in Al-Hasakah governorate, with a production capacity of 14 tons per day of bread for the population centers in the eastern countryside of the governorate.
The governor of Hasaka, Dr. Louay Sayoh, said: The bakery comes within the framework of government services provided to the people of the region, in order to secure a loaf of bread for the population centers in the eastern countryside of the governorate, which includes about 11 villages, where the production capacity of the bakery is 14 tons per day and with one production line.
For his part, the Secretary of the Al-Hasakah branch of the Arab Socialist Ba’ath Party, Eng. Turki Hassan, indicated that the opening of the bakery will contribute to filling the region’s need for bread and reflect the government’s interest in providing all services to the people, according to the available capabilities.
A number of residents indicated that the opening of the bakery would have a positive impact on the people of the area.
