The British Heathrow Airport administration announced that two passenger planes collided while traveling on the tarmac last night, without causing any injuries.
AFP quoted the administration as saying in a statement: "A minor collision occurred between two planes, one of the Icelandic Airlines and the other of the South Korean Airlines, Korean Air, without any casualties or injuries recorded as a result of the accident," noting that Emergency services immediately went to the scene of the accident to ensure the safety of all passengers and crew members.
The administration added that although the accident did not lead to major disruptions in the traffic, travelers should check their flight schedule in advance.
