30 Palestinian prisoners continue their hunger strike for the sixth consecutive day to denounce the continuous violations and crimes of the Israeli occupation against the prisoners.
In a statement carried by Wafa Agency, the Prisoners Club said that the occupation authorities began threatening to impose more brutal penalties on the hunger strikers, who are 28 prisoners in Ofer detention camp and two other prisoners in the Negev and Hadarim prisons.
The Prisoner Club called on the international community to support all prisoners and put pressure on the occupation to release them, especially since they include women, the elderly, patients, children, boys and former prisoners who spent years in its detention, pointing out that there are new batches of prisoners that will join the strike during the coming period to force the occupation to stop all its procedures. arbitrary.
It is noteworthy that the prisoners began their open hunger strike on the 25th of this month, in light of the escalation of the occupation of arrests against Palestinians.
