The operation in a district outside the main town was preceded by a woman reporting domestic violence.
The accused is a man known to the police through a number of cases.
At the same time, the officials searched two other residential properties of the man in the Rosenheim district, according to the Bureau.
The police won't reveal where exactly.

The massiveness of the officials' actions resulted from "other things in the background" that arose in addition to the allegation of domestic violence.
This is still the underlying allegation against the man.
Rumors about connections to the rocker or red-light milieu had been circulating in the village, which the police cannot confirm.
Plenty of cash was found during the search, which added up to a low six-figure amount.
"The origin of the money is checked, i.e. whether it comes from legal or illegal sources," the police spokesman continued.
"But the presumption of innocence applies here," he emphasizes.
The accused was found in Steinhöring and temporarily arrested, but is now free again.
