Holzkirchen
– A young woman from Holzkirchen (19) was sexually harassed on Thursday night on a BRB train by a drunk Oktoberfest visitor.
However, that was not the reason why the last train from Munich to the Oberland was stopped in Holzkirchen for a police operation.
As reported by the Federal Police Inspectorate in Munich, a drunk approached a 19-year-old from Holzkirchen on Thursday.
Around 1 a.m., the young woman approached federal police officers and described the incident.
The man stroked her hair and upper arm on the train and manipulated his penis.

The officers spoke to the man and took his personal details.
It was a 46-year-old from the Miesbach district.
The alcohol test carried out by the police showed a value of 1.4 per thousand.
The federal police arranged for an evaluation of the video recordings of the train and initiated criminal proceedings against the 46-year-old for sexual harassment.
Police action due to brawl
The fact that the officials were on site when the train arrived in Holzkirchen at around 0.30 a.m. and the onward journey of dozens of passengers to the Oberland was delayed for about three quarters of an hour according to passenger signs, was due to another operation.
As the responsible Federal Police Inspectorate Munich reported when asked by our newspaper, the state police in Munich had reported that there had been a fight with physical injuries between several people on the BRB train – the last one of the day from Munich to the Oberland – at the Donnersberger Bridge.
Since the next stop was planned in Holzkirchen, according to the police, three patrols (six police officers) drove with a service dog to the Holzkirchner train station to apprehend the alleged perpetrators.
As it turned out, although there was a dispute, there were no criminally relevant assaults, reports Sina Dietsch, spokeswoman for the Federal Police Inspectorate in Munich.
After the police operation on the train, the young woman from Holzkirchen approached the officials about the harassment.
