For the Republicans alone, the group presidents, Olivier Marleix and Bruno Retailleau, came separately.
Agenda problem explained the interested parties.
But the Prime Minister sees it as a sign of the difference in approach between the LR senators, more constructive on the merits, and the deputies, more opponents in the posture.

The Republicans party will choose a new president.
But Laurent Wauquiez, who is looking towards 2027, remains at a distance, preferring to ensure an ally in place by playing for the victory of Éric Ciotti.
