Hauts-de-Seine: the greens of the prestigious Saint-Cloud golf course ransacked by activists

2022-09-30T10:00:28.600Z

A group of activists called the "sanglier.es syndicalisé.es" entered the golf course of Saint-Cloud (Hauts-de-Seine) overnight

Uprooted lawns, upturned earth… it is a real battlefield that the employees of the golf course of Saint-Cloud (Hauts-de-Seine) discovered this Friday, September 30th.

During the night, seven greens of the "green course", the most prestigious of the two courses in this very select golf course located on the borders of Garches, Rueil and Vaucresson, were degraded, in particular hole n° 14.

An action claimed by the “unionized wild boars”.

If, like the animals to which they refer, they ransacked lawns which the day before were still real billiards, these activists claim the political significance of their action.

“A shining example of bourgeois class communitarianism”

“We are targeting this private golf course, one of the most select in Paris, because it is a shining example of the communitarianism of the bourgeois class who have fun quietly while destroying our environment and our social achievements.

They control the economy, the media and the political class;

they burn the planet and they refuse any restriction of the incredible luxury they enjoy;

in the street, they send their police to quell in blood any challenge to their power, ”claims the group of activists in a press release, before making the link with the pension reform carried out by the government and issuing a final warning.

“The boars have decided to attack the leisure of the rich so that they do not find rest.

Bourgeois, your tranquility is over: we will not let you go.

Until we have justice, you will never have peace!

A degraded Oise golf course in early September

The group is not at its first attempt.

He had already degraded the golf course of Monchy-Humières (Oise) at the beginning of September.

The police should go on site in the morning at the Saint-Cloud golf course, which despite the damage suffered will remain open this Friday, in particular to allow a senior competition already started to continue, on 17 of the 18 holes of one of the course avoiding the most degraded areas.
