Sontheim – They struck again on Friday night (September 30th, 2022): Another ATM was blown up in Unterallgäu.
This time it hit a Sparkasse ATM located in the anteroom of the Nah & Gut market in Sontheim.
At around 2:30 a.m., a Sparkasse ATM at Bahnhofstraße 4, which was in the anteroom of the Nah & Gut market there, was blown up with explosives.
The unknown perpetrators then fled in a dark car, presumably Audi, in a previously unknown direction.
The Bavarian State Criminal Police Office (BLKA) has taken over the investigation.
More detailed investigations of the explosives are to take place in the coming days at the BLKA's Forensic Institute in Munich.
Call for witnesses: Police are asking for information
The Bavarian State Criminal Police Office asks for your help and asks the following questions:
Who noticed suspicious people in the area around Bahnhofstraße in 87776 Sontheim during the night hours?

Who else can provide relevant information about the crime, the perpetrators or the getaway vehicle?
The Bavarian State Criminal Police Office takes tips on 089/1212-0 or any other police station.
