The Revolutionary Youth Union confirmed that the Syrian youth will remain the strong support of the country, its impenetrable fence and its strategic balance, through continuing rehabilitation, training, investing human resources and devising new work methods that advance their role and increase their ability to play a pivotal role in the battle of construction and reconstruction.
In a statement issued today on the occasion of the fifty-fourth anniversary of its founding, which coincides tomorrow, the organization stressed the continuation of its renewed work process in raising, preparing, rehabilitating and training young people, and providing them with the necessary skills that enable them to play an essential and effective role in society, to be up to the national responsibilities entrusted to them in All fields of work, and qualitative, purposeful and committed performance, and to be at the level of the challenges that Syria is going through.
The organization pointed out that "the next stage is a delicate and fateful stage, and it requires all of us to be one hand in the battle to defend and rebuild the homeland, as youth are the most important and most productive energy, and they are the strategic balance of nations and peoples over time."
The organization pointed out that since its establishment until today, successive generations of leaders, creators and distinguished people have continued their activities in their achievements, creativity and tenders in various fields of youth work.
The organization concluded its statement by emphasizing the commitment to the values and principles of the Arab Socialist Baath Party and the Syrian leadership, which attaches importance to the youth, and the priority of care, believing in its confidence in the ability of this generation to face challenges and difficulties in all their forms.
On the first of October of each year, Syrian youth celebrate the anniversary of the founding of the Revolutionary Youth Union in 1968, which aims to prepare the young generation, develop its intellectual and physical skills, rehabilitate and immunize it to fully play its role in society.
