Twelve years after the crime, a computer engineer was indicted on Thursday by an examining magistrate from Pontoise for violence resulting in death without intention to give it.
This 43-year-old man is suspected of having, in July 2010, in Cormeilles-en-Parisis (Val-d'Oise), beaten to death a renowned gynecologist who was surprised in the parking lot of his clinic.
The 40-year-old was released on bail.
