The teenager, he remains entrenched in the apartment for a time, while the mother of the family manages to escape.
The emergency services exchanged with him by telephone and succeeded in convincing him to go to the arrival of the police.
Arrested, the teenager was then placed in custody at the Kremlin-Bicêtre police station.
An investigation has been opened by the Créteil prosecutor's office.
At the same time, a psychiatric expertise of the young boy was requested in order to determine his mental state at the time of the events.
