Last Wednesday, while the UN General Assembly was being held in New York, Vladimir Putin gave a speech in which he declared the partial mobilization of Russian reservists.
Officially, this appeal concerns only 300,000 people with military experience.
But very quickly, "hiccups" were pointed out - and recognized by Moscow - with enlistments of retirees, sick people, students or simply citizens who had never held a weapon in their life.
