Yannick Alléno, the whirlwind of life


The starred chef takes over the historic Prunier restaurant in Paris. Exclusively, he invited the Figaro Magazine to the site a few days before its opening on October 3.

Hyperactive, Yannick Alléno has always been, but the inner voice that pushes him to undertake is associated with the crying murmur of a missing angel: his son Antoine, mowed down by a driver last May.
