After the doctor was exposed with false vaccination and mask certificates: raids on patients and supporters

A doctor from Saxony issued false health certificates during the corona pandemic.
But the investigations led the police to six other federal states.
Dresden – Patients received a fake certificate for 25 euros: A doctor from Saxony issued incompatibilities when wearing FFP2 masks or vaccination bans.
The doctor illegally took tens of thousands of euros during the corona pandemic.
But after the first searches, the investigations are getting bigger and bigger.
Corona fraud: doctor earns 60,000 euros with false certificates
The Dresden public prosecutor’s office and the Dresden police department are investigating a doctor from Saxony on suspicion that she issued “incorrect health certificates in a large number of cases” in connection with the corona pandemic, as the Dresden police announced.
According to investigators, the woman is based in the Dresden area.
Among other things, incompatibilities when wearing mouth and nose protection were certified in courtesy certificates.
In other cases, the patients should be exempted from compulsory vaccination by a false vaccination ban.
The doctor is said to have asked for money for the certificates and thus earned around 60,000 euros.
Investigations against a doctor from Saxony: Raids in six federal states
As part of the investigation, the police examined 84 objects in several federal states.
On Thursday (September 29th) raids were carried out in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony and Brandenburg, Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg.
A total of 225 officers were involved in the action, as the Dresden police announced on Friday.
The search of the living and business premises of the suspects took place in March 2022, the evaluation is ongoing.
According to the announcement, the new searches were directed against supporters of the doctor or people who are said to have taken advantage of the offer.
Based on the knowledge gained so far, it can be assumed that the accused acted in several federal states.
Officials secured 317 allegedly incorrect certificates.
Doctor issues false corona certificates: investigations against police officers
According to the current state of investigation, the doctor is said to have held collective appointments, during which she handed out certificates "every minute for a payment of at least 25 euros", the officials said.
Among other things, naturopaths and funeral homes made their premises available to the woman in return for a share of the profits and took over the organization of the appointments and the forwarding of the orders.

According to the police directorate, due to the sheer scope of the investigation, it founded its own investigation group "Certificates".
This also takes care of the many follow-up proceedings that have to be carried out against the holders of the certificates and against the organizers of the collection dates.
In this context, investigations are also being carried out into four officers of the Saxony police who allegedly had incorrect certificates issued to them.
The case is not the first of its kind. During the pandemic, investigations into doctors who are said to have issued false health certificates were repeatedly launched.
In Passau, a doctor issued hundreds of false certificates for exemption from the mask requirement.
