After a hot construction site autumn, drivers can breathe easy.
At these points things will soon be moving forward again.
Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen – This news will bring relief to many drivers: Five construction projects in Bad Tölz will be completed in the coming weeks.
In the southern district there are full closures of a state and a federal road.
Isar Bridge B472
The renovation of the B472 bridge over the Isar, which began in May 2021, is a permanent construction site that is severely testing the patience of drivers.
Now the end is in sight.
"The bridge will probably be passable again without restrictions from mid-November," says German Abenthum from the Weilheim State Building Authority.
However, the date is highly dependent on the weather.
Before completion, a seal still has to be laid and a one meter thick layer of asphalt laid in sections.
"These are small-scale and extensive works that take some time," says Abenthum.
In addition, the temporary construction that was recently attached to the ends of the bridge has to be dismantled again.
Until then, there could always be short-term blockages with traffic lights if the safety of the workers requires this, explains the department head.
Remaining work - such as the bridge drainage - will take place after mid-November without any further disruption to traffic, according to Abenthum.

Badstrasse
Telekom's broadband expansion on Badstrasse also caused major obstacles.
The civil engineering measures are expected to be completed next Wednesday, informs Telekom on request.
Installation work is still pending until the end of October, but this should hardly affect road traffic.
Arzbacher Strasse
According to a press release, the Tölzer Stadtwerke are completing three major construction sites these days.
Arzbacher Strasse is open to traffic again from this Saturday after the power and water supply there has been renewed.
Only pedestrians will have to move to the opposite sidewalk for a few more weeks due to the work on the new transformer house.

General Patton Street
After delays, the renewal of the drinking water pipes in General-Patton-Strasse is now on the home stretch.
Asphalting work is currently in progress, which is why a traffic light regulation for driving on one side of the section will apply until around October 14th.
From around mid-October, a crossing for the lines in the direction of Lettenholz will be laid over the B 13, but according to the public utility company no noticeable impairment of traffic is to be expected.
Wengleinstrasse
The expansion of the local heating network in Wegleinstrasse and Benediktbeurer Strasse is also being completed with slight delays.
According to the municipal works, the route can be used again without restrictions from this Saturday.
However, the construction site in Ludwigstrasse is not expected to end until mid-November.
Höckhstrasse
At the same time, the public utilities are tackling another project in the bathing area in October.
From the second week of October, the Höckhstraße in the section between Wilhelm-Dusch- and Seppstraße will be developed for local heating and is therefore closed to traffic.
The construction site is expected to last into December.
The line-up for the Leonhardi ride on November 7th will not be affected by the construction work.
The road surface is closed so that the carts can drive on the route.
Federal highway 472
On the B 472 between Reichersbeuern and Waakirchen, the Rosenheim State Building Authority will be renovating the roadway from Monday, October 4th until probably Friday, October 14th.
In addition, a crossing aid will be set up and the previous footpath between Frauenreiterweg and the Hoppebräu access road will be expanded into a footpath and cycle path.
The diversion takes place along the B13 and the B318 via Holzkirchen.
Even after the full closure has been lifted, there may still be obstructions due to remaining work.
State Road 2063
Also under construction is state road 2063 in the area between Penzberg and Bichl.
There, the Weilheim State Building Authority is planning a replacement building for the Schögger Bridge over the Loisach, which is in need of renovation.
From Friday, 7th, 2 p.m., to Monday, 10th October, 6 a.m., a temporary steel bridge will be installed.
Therefore, state road 2063 is closed to all road users in the area of the existing Schögger Bridge.
The detour for motorists takes place via Sindelsdorf via the St2370 and the B472.
There is no small-scale diversion option for pedestrians and cyclists.
Until the completion of the temporary bridge at the beginning of November, traffic will only be guided in one lane with traffic lights over the existing Schögger Bridge after the full closure.
Pedestrian and bicycle traffic will be kept separate from the roadway within the construction area.
The new bridge construction is scheduled for completion in October 2023.
