A member of the Zaporozhye District Administration Vladimir Rogov announced that the forces of the Kyiv regime were preventing thousands of civilians from reaching the liberated part of the district.
"Kyiv forces did not allow people who wanted to leave the region, who are in their thousands, to reach the liberated parts," Rogov said, according to RIA Novosti news agency.
The administration of the city of Energodar in the same province announced yesterday that one of the shells fired by the forces of the Kyiv regime hit a pipeline at a thermal power plant one kilometer from the Zaporozhye nuclear plant.
