The incident happened last Thursday during a demonstration by ultra-Orthodox in Jerusalem, but the couple were not connected to the incident.
As a result of the push and fall, the woman was injured.
"The road was closed, the buses were unable to enter the city," her husband said immediately after the incident.
"We got off at the intersection and started walking. We saw the Makhtezit and wanted to hide, then we absorbed the water."
