One year suspended prison sentence, 60,000 euros fine and five years of ineligibility were required this Monday evening by the Paris Criminal Court, against the former deputy (UDI) of Seine-Saint-Denis , Jean-Christophe Lagarde, for the fictitious employment of his mother-in-law, Monique Lavail, mother of the current mayor (UDI) of Drancy, Aude Lagarde.

A six-month suspended prison sentence and a fine of 20,000 euros were also required against this 69-year-old former manager of a construction materials trading company.

She had been hired by her son-in-law as a parliamentary assistant at the National Assembly, from May 11, 2009 to August 16, 2010, against a total compensation of 39,815 euros.
