In a YouTube video, the Head of State announced the launch of the "council-refoundation" platform allowing the French to contribute their stone to the building of the National Council for Refoundation (CNR).
"Choose the subjects that are close to your heart: ecology, school, health, demography, aging, work... And participate to contribute to this design work, to bring your more personal contributions", a- he urged.
