A woman was killed on Monday (October 3rd) in the shelling by Ukrainian forces of a village near the border between Russia and Ukraine, announced the governor of the Russian region of Belgorod.

The region of Belgorod, bordering Ukraine, has been repeatedly targeted by gunfire since the start of the Russian offensive in Ukraine on February 24.
