she slips to her colleagues, after her four days of weekly work.
The young woman is not employed part-time but rather full-time, Monday to Thursday.
Since September 1, 2022, the 100 employees of the Lyon company have been testing the four-day week, paid 39 hours, at the rate of 32 hours per week (35 hours for executives).
No pay cut, then.
“It's nice to have an extra day off which allows you to really take time for yourself,
” she says
.
