In any case, it's still hot, so we're still in the section of summer desserts, and that's exactly why we came to "Stephan", the Tel Aviv restaurant, which is known for its Austrian desserts and excellent ice creams, to taste the ice knodel, a summer and ice cream version of the traditional Austrian dessert, or if you want - an ice cream dumpling .
