Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Yisrael Beytenu party Avigdor Lieberman lives with his wife Ella in a private house in the settlement of Nokodim, in the northeast of Gush Etzion (not far from Bethlehem). Lieberman's house is a detached house with an area of ​​about 180 square meters on a plot of about half one acre

The nature of the Nokdim settlement is communal, with a population that includes both religious and secular people.

Due to the mountainous nature of the geographical location, many of the houses in the settlement are built as "graded", that is, adjusted to the route of the terrain and divided into levels that slide along the slope of the hill.

The construction in the settlement is also characterized by a uniform appearance of Jerusalem stone cladding.

Relative to its area and size, the value of the Finance Minister's house is not very high - a quick check on the Madelan website reveals that houses of the same size in the area have been sold in recent years for amounts of about 2.5 million NIS, while houses in a new project built in the settlement are already being marketed for a value approaching 3 million NIS .

The living room is large and open and divided into several areas - in the far part close to the exit to the yard is the seating arrangement that includes a dark blue velvet sofa and a pair of green armchairs in front of a TV wall, under which is a wooden sideboard with cream-painted doors.

This area is bordered by a large Uzbek rug on which are placed round coffee tables of several sizes that are part of a set.

On the other side of the space is the kitchen, and in the middle you can also notice a wood-burning fireplace that creates a warm and rustic atmosphere in the space and a standing piano in a brown shade.

The kitchen of the Lieberman family is surprising in the choice of shade that goes beyond the standard.

The kitchen cabinets are painted in a smoky light blue shade, which is also repeated in the painted tiles that pave the kitchen floor, unlike the light parquet floor that covers the floor in the rest of the public space.

In the center of the kitchen stands a large island, also in the same attractive shade of light blue and topped with a warm white marble surface.

Next to the kitchen there is also a dining area that includes a table with an impressive butcher wood top.

Lieberman and his wife, who are also grandparents to several grandchildren, like to entertain in the garden, which is also divided into clear zones - a paved balcony with a table and chairs for alfresco meals (also holiday meals such as Seder night, for example, a preference shared by the Lapid family as well, as we covered here last week ), next to the paved area, there is an area of ​​grass on which the children can play (or take pictures for an Instosh with grandfather) and between the lawn and the yard wall there are borders where fruit trees, green bushes and well-kept flowers are planted.
