Repeated droughts, like this summer of 2022, also have lasting consequences on the way communities manage the


Lawns scorched by successive heat waves, flowers shattered by drought and trees dying due to lack of rain.

With a record summer of 2022 in terms of climate change – it had never rained so little in the Oise since the first surveys by Météo France in 1958 – the flora is struggling to survive.
