It is suspected that, while he recently visited Lebanon, he stayed in a Palestinian refugee camp in the country - and raised an amount of approximately 350,000 dollars for an association affiliated with Hamas.

Saleh Zaghar, a resident of East Jerusalem and a network star with more than a million followers, was arrested today (Tuesday) on suspicion of contact with a foreign agent.
It is suspected that Zaghar, 25 years old, recently visited Lebanon where he stayed in a Palestinian refugee camp and raised a sum of approximately 350,000 dollars for the Hamas-affiliated al-Khir association.
Zagar is also suspected of conspiracy to commit a crime, and his detention was extended until Thursday.
In his investigation, he surprised his interrogators and admitted that he had met with senior Hamas official Saleh al-Aruri, the organization's number two, who is staying in Turkey.
According to him, the meeting with Aaruri took place after he asked to marry at the home of one of the deportees of the Shalit deal, who lived in Triangle and was exiled to Gaza.
His defense attorney said that "I think he went to bed sick who fell in love with such a girl or wanted to get to know her."

The police representative at the court hearing regarding the extension of Zagar's detention said that it was a "far-fetched story".
According to him, "It sounds improbable that when he wants to marry someone's daughter in Gaza, he goes to meet with a senior Hamas official in Turkey so that he can be interrogated and know who he is. Above common sense."
The police representative also said, "He is a network host who says that the messages he transmits on the network are against normalization with the State of Israel and the Palestinians. I say that here is the opposite of normalization, it is war. He published an interview with an elderly Palestinian woman who says that the ultra-Orthodox Jews are poisoning the water wells of the Palestinians and we know Where can this go, the rule of incitement and the security situation this season."
