Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian affirmed that the current measures to cancel the unjust embargo imposed on his country through negotiations and exchange of messages are on the right track.
"We have now reached a point where there is a common understanding on various issues, and this will help us to work better and faster in the final steps of the agreement," noting that the US side faced a problem before, the Iranian news agency (IRNA) quoted Abdullahian as saying in a statement. Namely, he did not have a correct understanding of the situation.
Abdullahian added: We feel that the American side is now present with a better understanding in exchanging messages, noting that Tehran tried to seize the opportunity of the presence of all parties in New York, during the seventy-seventh session of the United Nations General Assembly.
Amir Abdollahian also touched on the issue of cooperation between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency, and said: “Our cooperation with the agency has entered a new stage, and I believe that we have reached a common understanding in that framework. her to the agency, as well as with regard to reaching an agreement.”
Abdullahian pointed out that if the American side follows the same path in which messages were exchanged in the past days and a relatively common understanding is formed on this issue in this realistic way, the agreement will be available between Iran and the other parties, saying: “Whenever we feel that our agreement has reached A point where the red lines are fully respected and we can benefit economically from returning to the agreement, so we will certainly be at the point of agreement and we are optimistic.”
