New riot in Ecuador: at least 15 dead and 20 wounded 2:10

At least 15 people died and 20 were injured during a riot registered in the Latacunga Prison in the province of Cotopaxi, a prison located more than an hour from Quito, according to the People's Care Service Prisoners of Ecuador (SNAI).
