Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrinin stressed that there is tangible evidence that NATO countries are preparing their infrastructure and forces for war, pointing out that his country cannot ignore the militarization of its western neighbors, and is working to establish deterrence measures.
Today, Khrinin was quoted by the Belarusian Bilta Agency as saying: The situation is difficult, and a number of hostile leaders from neighboring countries have set their goals that they want to achieve by acting against our country, so we cannot ignore this matter, and we will respond quickly and accurately enough to all threats that may arise, Especially since we have the strength and the means for this.
Khrinin added: The NATO countries and the western countries neighboring Belarus, which are hiding behind an imaginary threat from the east, are not only militarizing, but preparing for war, and accordingly we are working to develop specific and adequate response measures.
